James's First Slideshow

So I guess all of my interest in journaling has rubbed off onto the kids. James created his first smilebox and wanted me to post it. As you can see he is ALL Boy! His friends and Jeff are also jumping on the bikes.

Grand Canyon

This summer we went on a day trip to the Grand Canyon. We went with my parents and Millie. It was really fun. I am afraid of heights. I am really afraid of heights with 4 energetic kids. Why did Eliese insist on hiking all by herself? She suddenly found her independence and didn't even want to hold hands. Lets just say this was a battle I won. Anyway, we all made it home safe and had a great time.

Halloween

Halloween was so spooktacular this year. With 3 elementary school parties, an Eardley family party and a huge ward carnival we were in our costumes ton(Yeah for the kids, lots of work for the mom!). Our neighborhood really gets into the "scary spirit". St. George is so warm on Halloween that Trick-or-Treating is a blast. Everyone in the neighborhood is out enjoying the evening. We gave out about 600 pieces of CANDY!!
